Hi, I’m Kelsey 👋 

I know what it's like to wake up every morning hating your job. When I was a social worker, this was my reality.

I spent many nights crying about work and many mornings dreading going in.

Finally, one day I realized that I had to get out and find my own career happiness. So, I quit my job.

I later found my way into workforce development, working directly with recruiters to develop talent pipelines. Here, I truly learned what it takes to stand out as a candidate and how to develop an effective and strategic job search.

It was also within this role that I found my career happiness, knowing that my work was tied in some way to my life purpose.

10 years later, I've taken all of my learnings and designed The Dream Job Accelerator to help job seekers find meaningful work they love without having to apply to 100s of postings online.

Here’s how it works

PHASE 1: Before you can start a successful job search you've got to get 2 things down. Confidence & Clarity. In this step we will discuss the common mindset pitfalls and limiting beliefs that keep you from having a successful job search. We will also create a detailed vision of your future career, helping you to gain clarity on how you want to move forward with your job search based on your unique values and needs.

PHASE 2: In this step you will learn how to utilize effective storytelling to understand and articulate your unique value proposition. You will learn what makes you special and how to effectively show it off to an employer.

PHASE 3: Once you can tell your story, we've got to get your story out there. In this phase we will craft a compelling, ATS-compliant resume and LinkedIn profile. We will discuss the importance of developing. personal brand and how to stand out from the crowd.

PHASE 4: Once you've got a brand new resume and LI profile you've got to get out there and meet folks. I'll help you develop a networking strategy that doesn't have you spinning your wheels but feels authentic and sincere. We'll discuss 1:1 coffee chats, talking with recruiters, and templates for messaging.

PHASE 5: Here's where things really get fun. We'll prepare you for your interviews by discussing how to answer common (and not-so-common) interview questions. We'll hone in and perfect your interview stories as well as discuss how to accept your dream offer and negotiate a great salary
